Much is unknown to Corwyn.  He’s been told that he was dropped off at the orphanage by a pair of wealthy elves with a Scottish (maybe?) accent.  And that’s all that was recorded, and all he knows.  The reality is that he’s from the Fitzgerald clan, who are a Danaan clan in Tír na nÓg.
He was soon adopted by a low-income family, but at the age of 6 or so realized that his adopted parents were fake.  There was no family, and it was a front for a cartel.  He didn’t ask for what purpose (though now he suspects it was organ farming), and ran away at 8 years old.  He was soon taken in by an older elf named Akiko (“Bright Child”) Suzuki who lives in Tarislar, within the Puyallup Barrens, and he’s lived there ever since.
His daily "public persona" is Ryker Young, an ArcanaArcheologist that graduated from Seattle University.  He is listed as the co-discoverer and co-author of a scientific paper on the lost city of T´In´Abula. He has also published a paper on the return of the [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_Kentucky_(BB-66) USS Kentucky] from the Seelie Court metaplane, and its aspect as a Resonance Realm.

== Crew ==
Corwyn has been on multiple 'runs with Sigfried (quiet guy with a DocWagon day job), Colman Jones (smooth talking pixie), Sprawlgeist (a 6-armed mystic), and Doom (giant axe-wielding minotaur).
He also summons the same Task spirit every day, Shade, and they've started to bond.
In one of his 'runs Corwyn incapacitated two Cockatrices, and he has since then been training them for special operations.
His go-to Fixer/Johnson and all around nice lady is known to him simply as Astrid.  They flirt incessantly with each other, even in the middle of some of his 'runs.  She also owns the compound that he calls home, situated just outside [https://shadowrun.fandom.com/wiki/Tarislar Tarislar] in the [https://shadowrun.fandom.com/wiki/Puyallup_Barrens Puyallup Barrens].  Partly due to its location, Corwyn has been called upon by the [https://shadowrun.fandom.com/wiki/Laesa_Syndicate|Laésa Syndicate] to occasionally "volunteer" to run services for them (and he can't exactly refuse).  Laésa is an elven gang and crime syndicate that is best known for its designer drugs.
