Acquired in the Shadow Rift, the cloak grants the effects of a cloak of minor displacement and a cloak of elvenkind. It is an artifact and cannot be destroyed through ordinary means.("ShadowRift")

Selu'Kiira
A Selu'Kiira a semi-sentient artifact that not only holds the accumulated knowledge of its previous wearers, but also the secret lore of elven High Magic. If the wearer is deemed worthy, the magic of the gem attaches it physically to the forehead of the new wearer (taking the item slot of a headband) and psychically to the wearer's mind. A Selu'Kiira is associated with an elven nation, and this one is attuned to the elven nation of Galendale. It can be rendered invisible at the will of the wearer, and also provides a constant mindblank spell effect, except against the mental intrusions of any elf from Galendale.
